Direct Payment Services
 

We are now allowing clients to pay using a Direct Payment method. This method will make it easier for the client to pay the monthly fee(s) we charge for certain memberships. The Direct Payment method allows The Paradox Consulting Group, Inc. to debit your bank account on a month basis when memberships are due. This means that you will not have to worry about making your membership payments every month.

To use this methond of payment you must print out a "Direct Payment Service Enrollment Authorization Card" and submit it to us. You can follow a link below to access the form.

We suggest that you print out two copies of the form, and submit one to The Paradox Consulting Group, Inc. and keep one on file at your location.

Once you have printed out the "Direct Payment Service Enrollment Authorization Card" please fill the whole form out and get it signed by the required person(s), and then send one copy to The Paradox Consulting Group, Inc. with one of your cheques unsigned and marked VOID (for verification purposes).
